MEAT LOAF
• 1 lb. ground
beef
• 1 clove minced garlic
• 1 small green pepper I chopped
• 2 small onions I chopped fine 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons parsley
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup catsup 1/2 cup water
• 4 tablespoons butter
Combine first 10
ingredients; mix well. Shape in loaf, and place in baking dish. Dot with
butter. Bake in oven at 3750 for about 45 minutes, basting often with a
mixture of catsup and water.
Makes 5 servings.
