To My New Friends and Neighbors,

This is a huge Thank You for making me, a new Tybee resident, to feel so welcomed. The Specially baked cakes, the fire pit gatherings, the invites over for grilling and the wonderful boat outings. (Please fill in if I forgot a particular moment) ____________________

I had to live in Atlanta for the last few years for work, moving there from Laguna Beach, CA. I was fortunate enough to discover Tybee Island during January of this year. I knew I wanted to live here within minutes. I made the arrangements and arrived in April.

I could not have asked for better life living. It is the people and especially my neighbors that have made the difference this spring and summer. I had a great experience once before living in a community in which neighbors knew and care about each other and their pets. I did not think I could ever get so lucky to experience it twice in a lifetime after living in Laguna Beach. But here we are in our fifth month of living life here and I would not change a thing. Remember it is about being a Human Being not a Human Doing.
