passed out and refusing to go back to his room. When officers arrived,
they were directed to the vending room where they observed a man lying
on the floor asleep. A strong odor of alcohol was coming from his being.
Officers tried verbally to awaken the man and finally shook him to get
his attention. When questioned about where he was staying he stated his

get up and return to his room. When prompted three times to return to
his room, the subject became verbally abusive and agitated. When warned

Officers responded to an anonymous complaint of an incident regarding
the threat of physical violence to an individual. Upon arrival, officers
spoke to individuals of the complaint. One of the individuals stated
that she had received a telephone call from two females. In this
conversation, she stated that the two female individuals told her that
they were going to get her a birthday present. When she asked what it
was, they replied that they were going to come to her house and "kick
her ass". When asked what she thought had caused this treat, she replied
that several other incidents had occurred with the individuals that
involved them coming to her residence uninvited. All individuals
involved had been friends in the past, but they had a falling out and
had since parted ways as friends. When the officers asked if she felt
threatened by their statements, she replied that she did. Extra patrols
were put on the residence to insure the victim's safety.
